The fact that my book is officially launched, out there, can even be Prime ordered is something out of a dream. To have a finished Passion Project available and waiting to be read is something I do not think will ever lose significance and excitement. The amount of love and support has been off the charts! I am re-inspired by human kindness daily and am so filled with goodness that it is spilling out!
Posting a blog vulnerably here and there used to make me anxious, now we have a book! There is something particularly raw and exposed with writing and sharing. The sharing of yourself with others can be embraced or rejected. It can be impactful or among the many. This all varies dependent on the new reader as not all are the same. That used to scare me.
I find it pretty amazing that there are such differences in the reading community. How someone takes your take and finds a point to your points cannot be controlled and past the vanity of being liked or agreed with you come to the conclusion of collaboration. The fresh takes, the continued thought, it all has impact. I always hope to bring a positive one of course, and appreciate when minds can merge and when we can teach each other. I learn from writers just as much as I learn from readers.
